I’ve read all of the books multiple times up to The Taggerung, except Mariel of Redwall, and I’ve only read Salamandastron once. I haven’t read any after The Taggerung.

The main reason I didn’t read the rest was Ranger’s Apprentice. I ended up getting Ranger’s Apprentice and Brotherband books and forgot about Redwall.

Overall they where pretty good. My favorite is probably Martin the Warrior. Mattimeo and Redwall are closely tied.
