Hmm... Denison had been serving for ten years and Bedford fifteen. It doesn't say how long Pritchard had been serving for but I would guess it was around thirty years, plus five for apprenticeship.

I think the years of service only count the time you're a full fledged Ranger. It doesn't say how long Egon had been a Ranger but it mentioned that he was close to retirement.

As far as I know, the only Rangers from the Early Years still alive in Ranger's Apprentice are Halt, Crowley and Berrigan. I may be wrong but that's all I can recall, from the top of my head.
