So I finally finished this one. I thought it was really good and I was wondering what you guys thought about it. Tennyson seemed like an interesting baddie to me. So far, he stands out a bit from the other RA villains. The fact thata he didn't get killed or captured probably means that we haven't seen the last of him I'm guessing.
What are your thoughts on the book?

Yeah, Tennyson is evil. Rest assured, his final demise is appropriate. Have you started Halt's Peril yet? I really liked The Kings of Clonmel. It probably comes in around fourth place in the list of favourite RA books. Poor Ferris. Who's your favourite character from that book?

Out of the characters introduced in that book, my favourite has got to be Sean. Despite his small part in the story and the way he literally just disappeared for the rest of the series (as far as I've read) I liked his character.

Yeah, he's an awesome character. He's definitely mentioned in Scorpion Mountain (Duncan says that the special task group, AKA, Horace, Halt and Will, are in Clonmel helping King Sean with something) and I'm pretty sure they're mentioned in the beginning of The Ghostfaces. (The Herons were delivering some important documents to Clonmel. I can't remember if the mention King Sean by name but I think they do)

Ah, I see. I have only read through the first 12, so I was concerned Flanagan forgot about him. Good thing he didn't.

I'm sure that he'll make a great king. Do they ever go back to the land of Clonmel in any of the other Flanagan books?

I don't think we go back though, just hear about others doing it.

They're not as good as the Scorpion assassins.
